 A Brief Overview
 The Manager of Epic Cogito Analytics will lead a dynamic team within the Center for Healthcare Quality and Analytics and Digital Technology Services, driving the institution's transformation into a data-driven, insight-empowered organization. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership-overseeing the design, development, optimization, and implementation of analytics solutions built on Epic's Cogito suite, including Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, Cognitive Computing, Cosmos, and SlicerDicer as well as custom development in Caboodle.
 Partnering closely with clinical, informatics, operational, and technology leaders, the Manager will ensure that data is transformed into actionable intelligence that improves patient outcomes, strengthens operational performance, and advances the organization's digital maturity. This role will also partner closely with our Platform Services and Data Science Teams to help drive implementation of new features and Artificial Intelligence solutions within Epic (AI). This department works approximately 80% remotely, 20% on site in our Philadelphia offices on an as-needed basis.  What you will do 1. Acts as the supervisor of the analyst team, to include:

 Point of contact for analyticsProvides expertise in data management, data collection, data analysis, data visualization, data distribution, KPI and metric creationEvaluates new technology and opportunities to improve analytics utilizationParticipates in enterprise data governance 4. Maintains professional accountability to support quality and patient safety efforts and alignment with enterprise strategic priorities 5. Builds and maintains partnerships within the organization

 Bachelor's Degree - RequiredMaster's Degree biostatistics, epidemiology, health services research, economics, quantitative science or related discipline - Preferred Preferred Certifications

 SALARY RANGE:$126,560.00 - $167,690.00 Annually Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs.
