Description Lutheran Social Services (LSS) Fahrman Center is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor - In Training to join our residential treatment team. Our 42-bed adult facility provides evidence-based, client-centered addiction treatment for both men and women in a supportive, home-like environment. Services include a wide range of therapeutic options, aftercare planning, family programming, and halfway house support. We're looking for candidates who hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor - In Training (SAC-IT) credential from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and are ready to make a meaningful impact.
