We're growing fast and looking for a Payroll Docs Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring our healthcare travelers get paid accurately and on time by maintaining essential payroll and compliance documentation.
 What You'll Do:
 
 * Assist healthcare professionals with completing all required payroll documentation, including I-9s, W-4s, direct deposit forms, and insurance enrollments.
 * Maintain and audit employee files to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Joint Commission standards.
 
 * Proactively communicate with recruiters, compliance specialists, and travelers to resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
 
 * Support payroll processing by ensuring all pay-related documents are verified and submitted on time.
 
 * Manage new hire paperwork, reassignments, and extensions while maintaining a clear record of traveler status changes.
 
 * Conduct pre-assignment calls and follow up with travelers to confirm all payroll documentation is in place prior to start.
 
 * Collaborate daily with internal teams to streamline workflows and maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
 
 * Take initiative to improve documentation processes and support departmental projects as needed.
 What You'll Bring:
 
 * High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or HR/payroll certification a plus.
 * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
 
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 
 * Previous experience in payroll, compliance, HR, or customer service preferred.
 
 * Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
 
 * Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced team setting.
 
 * Positive, "team-first" attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
 
 * Typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
