| How will your role help us transform hope into reality? As the Associate Director of Market Access Operations, you will play an important role on the Market Access team and across functions, overseeing Specialty Pharmacy operations, data management and assisting with access support. You will report to the Senior Director of Market Access Operations and will engage regularly with Specialty Pharmacy partners to ensure product availability and service execution. You will work closely with the broader Market Access team (especially Field Access and Patient Services), Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Commercial Operations to ensure optimal patient/provider experience. Compensation and Benefits The base salary hiring range for this position will be $185,000 -- $ 230,000.* Actual base salary offered for this position will be based on a number of job-related factors, including, but not limited to: experience (including skills and competencies), education, training and internal equity.
