Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, Professional Education (Internal), The Director of Professional Education (Internal) will be responsible for executing Pacira's learning strategy across various commercial and medical functions. They will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance leadership to implement commercial and medical educational training programs. The position also works closely with product management to ensure that all marketing materials and programs are translated into training assets and are effectively communicated to the commercial and medical health science teams. This individual will also assist in leading a team of Associate Directors and field-facing Field Trainers to design, implement, and measure high-impact learning experiences that elevate field performance and strengthen clinical market differentiation.  Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $170,000 per year to $210,000. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
