| The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Client Support Manager to join our Private Banking team. This role provides vital administrative and client support to the Manager and Senior Private Banker/Group Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences. Acting as the primary operational contact for clients within the Group Manager's portfolio, you'll bring professionalism, sound judgment, and a service mindset to everything you do. What You'll Do Administrative Support 
 
 
 Provide comprehensive support to the Manager and Senior Private Banker/Group Manager, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travelSort and prioritize incoming mail, messages, and requestsPrepare internal and external correspondence, memos, reports, and presentationsManage departmental calendars and coordinate time-off requests to ensure adequate coverageAssist with committee, taskforce, and Private Banking meeting coordination, including communication, logistics, and catering arrangementsSupport the planning and execution of client events and receptionsServe as a backup for Operations and Product Development Specialist and Client Support Managers
 
 Client Support & Operations 
 
 
 Serve as a trusted liaison for clients, managing day-to-day account operations and ensuring accuracy and timelinessOversee deposit account activities, including opening and closing accounts, ordering checks, processing wire transfers, and monitoring documentationCoordinate loan operations, including reviewing documents, facilitating closings, booking loans, monitoring collateral, and processing loan draws and paydownsTrack client overdrafts, exceptions, fees, and financial reporting requirementsPrepare and update monthly Private Banker scorecards and reportsSupport bankers with client communications, event invitations, and special correspondence such as birthday or condolence cardsAssist clients directly with account openings and documentation as needed
 
 What We're Looking For 
 
 
 High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferredMinimum two years of administrative experience, preferably in banking, finance, or client serviceFamiliarity with depository accounts and a foundational understanding of lending preferredStrong organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlinesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and client service focusProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
