Job Purpose Summary: Manage the daily operations of the Chino, CA Distribution CenterEssential Duties and Responsibilities 
    Serve as key on-site leader for the Chino, CA Distribution CenterManage, prioritize, and assign daily activities for the distribution center operationImplement and utilize the Enersys EOS system for continuous improvementEnsure company policies and procedures are being followedResponsible for maintenance of facility and coordination of outside safety inspectionsProcess facility invoices and assist with DC budget planResponsible for inventory accuracyManage yearly physical inventory and weekly cycle count programs.Maintain and report Distribution CoE KPIs.Maintain timely employee performance reviews, administer coaching when neededReports weekly DC space and capacity levelsAssist in the removal and disposal of scrap materialsQualifications 
    High School Diploma or equivalent3 - 5 years supervisory experience2 - 4 years experience inventory controlKnowledge of ERP systems and able to understand all aspects of material transactionsAbility to interface and communicate professionally with all levels of managementAbility to function in a fast paced, constantly changing environmentForklift certificationDeploy Lean Roadmap/Transformation Plan (EnerSys Operating System) in allocated areas accordingly in alignment with Corporate Lean Roadmap (5S, MDI, Standard Work, ValueStream Mapping & Design, Strategy Deployment, CCF, MMF).Proven Lean Background. Experience-based on sustained continuous improvement results.Lean Manufacturing, Process Excellence, Six Sigma or project management qualifications are desirable. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
