You'll Support Meaningful Work By: Lead new product development projects from concept through market launch Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around project scope, goals, and timelines Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring accountability and transparency Lead/facilitate decision-making reviews and influence business priorities Identify and implement process improvements to enhance future project outcomes Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a product development-related field or military equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Desired Skills and Experience Familiarity with the product development lifecycle (PDL)-including supply chain, engineering, or design Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools Experience influencing business leaders and managing stakeholder alignment Ability to understand and evaluate financial implications of project decisions Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated experience leading product development or similar cross-functional projects Doing better for people and planet - when we do better, we help the world work better Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
