| About This Role 
 CAE, the leader in aviation training, is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented, and highly motivated individual for a Client Relationship Representative to join our Client Relationship Team onsite at our Training Center in Dallas, working Tuesday through Saturday. The Client Relationship Team at CAE Dallas ensures Bombardier clients receive a personalized, seamless training experience. This team builds and maintains trusted relationships, supports the customer experience strategy, and identifies opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through strategic problem-solving. We're seeking a Client Relationship Representative who will deliver a smooth, confident journey for our clients-preparing them for the moments that matter.  Requirements: Educational Background Vocational or technical degree Job-Related Experience 2 to 4 years in customer service or hospitality Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Working Conditions Any undesirable conditions exposed to in the course of duties
