CLA is looking to hire an Experienced Tax Associate to join our Southwest Florida tax team. You will provide tax services to clients, with a primary focus on developing expertise within a specific industry.

How you'll create opportunities in this Experienced Tax Associate role:

• Prepare and review tax returns with the tax team. Handle routine client tax questions and work with client to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
• Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed.
• Have the ability to prepare simple tax returns.
• Develop and train team interns to help them build inspired careers.
• Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results.

What you will need:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• An active CPA, EA, or JD license or are eligible to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license.
• You have at least one year of experience in a tax role within a public accounting firm.
