 Training Administrator JOB PROFILE  The Training Administrator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership Manager of Service Enablement and Training Department staff members, including coordination of training classes between Trainers and Technicians and scheduling with Service Shop Managers and Supervisors. Performs data entry through our Learning Management System, directs communications (email, phone, radio, etc.) and supports all areas of training and service enablement projects as needed.  High School Diploma (or equivalent) required and three or more years of relevant experience desired.Able to use standard office equipment: computers, calculators, printers, copiers and fax.Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications, LMS software, Web-browsers, and must be able to develop functional ability in the use of proprietary software.Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors and managers.Demonstrate ability to function efficiently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Demonstrate a sense of urgency and self-initiative, and the personal drive to succeed.Maintain a good attendance record.

 Coordinate internal documentation with various departments.Maintain effective work, vacation and training schedules for assigned staff.Prepare & distribute reports or analysis to departments/supervisors for assigned operational unit.Perform data entry for assigned operational unit.Analyze data to coordinate employee and management training classesTrack employee participation and progress through the Learning Management SystemAssist in budgeting tasks and administrative duties associated with Training DepartmentServe as the Thompson and Caterpillar Learning Management System AdministratorDesign and create training materials for courses or other training needsAssist in service enablement projects

 Physical Requirements 
 
 
 Pass pre-employment background check, physical exam including drug screen, and meet all physical requirements for the position. Able to lift up to 20-50 pounds occasionally.
