     Mentors and teaches all aspects of project management to others, leveraging advanced experience Manage and oversee civil engineering projects related to water and wastewater treatment, from concept through constructionLead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and on budgetConduct and review site assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering evaluationsDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsPrepare project proposals, budgets, schedules, and progress reportsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and engineering regulationsMentor and support junior engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedbackRepresent Parkhill at industry events, client meetings, and community presentationsQualifications
 
 
     Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in NM and OK preferred5+ years of civil engineering experience in water/wastewater treatment project leadershipDemonstrated business development experience: pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationshipsProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, hydraulic modeling, or treatment-specific softwareStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and treatment best practicesExcellent leadership, project management, and communication skills Detailed understanding of engineering project management methods, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationAbility to work in a collaborative environment with non-engineer decision-makers and communicate technical plans effectively Benefits and Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
