| Overview 
 
 Responsible for downstream contract negotiations, risk management and risk avoidance on behalf of the Procurement department. This position shall act as a key resource and contributor to department team members as they negotiate agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. This position shall assist in the development, training, and continuous improvement of Procurement contracting and risk management processes. Location: This position can be located at one of our office locations daily: Fargo, ND; Indianapolis, IN; Clinton, IN; or Phoenix, AZ.

 Essential Job Functions: 
 Facilitate negotiation of Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, exhibits and other agreements in support of Renewables projects, utilizing company guidelinesSupport negotiation of Master Service/Supply Agreements and Master Vendor Agreements to enable seamless contracting processesObtain, gather, and organize upstream contract flow-downs for the Procurement team on a project-by-project basisDevelop contracting positions to mitigate, avoid, or transfer risk exposure that may arise during project executionProvide contracting leadership and onboarding training to Procurement team members. Hold training sessions for the team as requestedSupport Legal in negotiation and tracking of vendor NDA'sSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company's risk management standard operating procedures in partnership with Legal and other departmentsParticipate in project and vendor reviews to evaluate key metrics regarding financial performance, schedule, risk and opportunities, and relationship statusOther duties as assigned Qualifications
 
 
 Education and Work Experience Requirements: 
 Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline; or equivalent experience5+ years of recent experience in construction contract management on large and complex construction projects Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
