In this role, you will be joining the senior leadership team to lead growth strategy for a $1.5B business and operations for a portfolio of 400 dialysis clinics, 50 home programs and 100 hospital programs. This role will report to the Group Vice President. As a thought partner to our senior team, you will be a strategic leader for field operators as this position is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives. Representative projects include development of the 3-year strategic plan, decision making around capital deployment, identification of new market opportunities and development of new models of collaboration in existing markets. The Director will join a team of highly motivated individuals and, at this level in our organization, will have visibility and interaction at least quarterly with our C-suite. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $146,000.00-$215,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
