 The Opportunity:The People Relations Partner must have deep domain experience in the area of employee relations and/or labor relations. Our PR Partners and PR Advisors create value through trusted partnership, by finding solutions that consider the experience of our employees and the interests of Roche. They are key contributors to positive employee experience in moments that matter and provide proactive solutions to enable our people to focus on our core purpose (unlock greatness). They coach and train leaders for proactive early interventions.  Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources or related field5+ years of human resource management experience addressing Employee Relations matters, to include leading high-level, complex company investigations and developing recommended courses of action to remediate substantiated claims Experience with company employee engagement programs EXPERIENCE
