What You'll Do
As a Production Line Mechanic, you'll keep our high-speed production lines running efficiently and safely by performing mechanical setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Your responsibilities include:
* Using precision measuring tools (micrometers, depth gauges, etc.) and recording quality checks
* Aligning punches with dies, adjusting stroke and draw pressure, and installing feed mechanisms
* Setting up and maintaining threaders, luggers, and compo ovens
* Diagnosing production failures, identifying root causes, and performing necessary repairs
* Collaborating with maintenance, electrical, and tooling teams to ensure smooth production flow

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience in mechanical systems and a passion for problem-solving.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, and pulleys
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
* High school diploma or equivalent required
