| POSITION OVERVIEW dormakaba is seeking a remote Regional Sales Representative, Vacation Rental Access Control Solutions based on the West Coast. The Regional Sales Representative, Vacation Rental Access Control Solutions is responsible for ensuring current dormakaba customers (Property Management Companies) and distributors have the right products and services to expand the current business. Identifies new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $90,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)  Work with, partner, maintain/enhance distributor, dealer and VAR relationships with the objective of maximizing sales revenues, market share and meeting customer's needs with a dormakaba platformIdentify project opportunities through software partners and distributors to ensure best possible dormakaba positioning to maximize our revenue potentialParticipate in Distributor expos, table-top events, branch events, promotional activities and other related activities to ensure dormakaba, presence/visibility and optimize/grow dormakaba Vacation Rental businessWork with other Sales Representative and Distribution Development Managers in the region and across the business to collectively support and grow Vacation Rental sales and contribute to pull through business for all clusters as applicable within the RegionSupport the Property Management Companies and all other dormakaba customers, to extend and integrate our solution to their business. Providing training and assisting the customers by applying the dormakaba solutions to ease their operations and keep their subscription active WHAT WE REQUIRE 
 College Diploma / University Degree in a related technology, marketing or business field or suitable field level application experience related to the dormakaba product portfolio5+ years experience in B2B Sales and/or B2B Sales SupportDemonstrated Customer Service/Support acumen and experience 
 Good knowledge of Vacation Rental marketMust be able to travel 50-75% WHAT WE PREFER
