We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help support that mission. Job Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the leadership team within the Generator Manufacturing Division. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing communication, scheduling, reporting, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage sensitive information and communicate effectively across departments. This position plays a critical role in helping the division's leadership team stay informed, efficient, and focused on strategic goals. Responsibilities 
 
     
 Provide administrative and logistical support to the Plant Manager, Operations Director, and other senior leaders.Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item summaries to ensure follow-up and accountability.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and data summaries for executive and cross-departmental meetings.Track and organize departmental metrics, project timelines, and performance dashboards for leadership review.Support the creation and editing of communications, memos, and announcements on behalf of the leadership team.Coordinate cross-functional communication between Manufacturing, Engineering, and Accounting departments.Maintain a high level of confidentiality with personnel, financial, and operational information.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to division leadership.Assist in the planning and execution of team events, audits, leadership visits, and facility tours.Manage document control and assist with policy updates, compliance documentation, and record retention.Support continuous improvement and efficiency projects, often assisting with scheduling, documentation, and data tracking.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.Any other tasks as assigned by Managers

 5+ years in Office supportHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree preferredExcellent calendar mgmt. skills including the coordination of complex executive meetingsStrong knowledge of and experience with the entire Microsoft Office suiteValid driver's licenseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills
