Job Title: Medical Receptionist Location: 1601 Avocado Ave. Newport Beach, CA- 92660 Duration: 6+ months Pay Rate: $18/hr. on w2 without benefits Shift Timing: 1^st Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm Job Description: Greets and receives callers or visitors at establishment, and ascertains nature of business. Asks for caller's or visitor's name, arranges for appointment with or notifies person called upon on caller's arrival, guides caller to destination, and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon. Works as a front office receptionist who checks patients in and out. Completes the registration process and answers the phone and takes messages. Required Qualification: Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 2 years medical office experience. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Minimum Education: High School diploma.
