Food Service - Kitchen Cook
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus | $21.50 - $23.00 per hour | Lancaster, MA

We're looking for a
Foodservice - Kitchen Cook who's ready to bring energy, creativity, and heart to our culinary team. If you're dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization - we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Stock and track breakfast for National School Breakfast Program
- Preparation of daily lunch salads
- Utilizing standardized recipes, meeting quality expectations, and following sanitary production methods
- Management of the School Fruit Program; preparing a variety of fruits in compliance with the National School Lunch Program
- Oversees the operations of the kitchen and dish room
- Stocking and cleaning the Staff Coffee Station and Dining Room disposables
- Coordinating a variety of School Events/Campus Catering Jobs by overseeing the set-ups and breakdowns
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of foodservice experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Serve Safe and Allergen Awareness certified is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team
Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
