    Perform business and systems analysis of moderate complexity on the overall product delivery and transaction processLead the systematic activity of the integrated supply chain inventory levelsIdentify and recommend process changes in BOMs, cycle counting, inventory reduction, improve on-delivery performance and/or enhance the overall customer service experience for our internal and external customersTrack supply chain material usage activities and use independent judgment to proactively analyze needs, cost and impact of solutions and make recommendations to maximize efficiency at minimum expenseCommunicate and counsel internal and external material concerns, as required, relative to general supply chain policyProvide trouble-shooting and problem resolution as requestedAssemble support documentation and file for Annual Inventory procedure with departments and develop reporting tools to store e-filesMaintain, make recommendations, and implement changes to BOMs, inventory levels, shelf life rules and enter changes in ERP systemProactively monitor and manage key performance indicators and execute root cause analysisProvide all support function activity, including accuracy and timeliness of data processing, reporting, analysis, and all other inquiriesIssue material on a daily basis for all raw material processing; identify over-issue and BOM errorsRun daily negative inventory reportsPerform inventory cycle counts and develop a process to disposition obsolte/expired inventoryUpgrade stock room kits to support improved presentation to Assembly teamsSupport improved material traceability for special control jobs to meet ASME requirementsDocument imagingSupport, communicate and defend the mission, values and culture of the companyPerform other related duties as assigned or directed in order to meet the goals and objectives of the departmentCompile and analyze volumetric data, identify patterns, forecast changesTeam with buyers and suppliers to develop activities that support changing market demandsParticipate in Six Sigma activities as Subject Matter ExpertInitiate ''what-if'' analyses and modeling projects to determine opportunities for savings and increase in customer service and on-time delivery performanceParticipate in cross-functional teams to promote organized teamwork and inter-departmental cooperation
Qualifications 
    BS or BA degree (preferably in logistics/supply chain); any related professional certification, or equivalent work experience2+ years experience in logistics, transportation, finance or supply chain disciplinesSolid understanding of business contractsExperience with Oracle or other major ERPRequires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Map Point, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and other electronic communication programs, including use of or conversion between various file formatsPossess good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and support multiple initiatives at once with a high amount of productivity and efficiencyAbility to execute assigned tasks with limited instruction, and provide task status and ask for help when neededAbility to identify various project reporting requirements, extract data from all needed sources and compile and format into actionable data presentationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAptitude to gain further competency in Statistical and/or Transportation Analysis tools (Minitab)U.S. Citizenship required.
