Clinic Operations Manager - Dialysis (Beaumont, TX)

Overview

Innovative Renal Care is seeking an operationally driven leader to oversee our Beaumont dialysis clinic. This role combines business management, compliance oversight, and team leadership to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care in a safe, efficient environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead all clinical, regulatory, and operational functions for the dialysis clinic.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Partner with physicians and corporate leadership to achieve clinical and financial goals.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company standards.
• Maintain survey readiness and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with staff, patients, and community partners.

Who You Are

• Strong operator who thrives on accountability, systems, and results.
• Skilled in people leadership and process improvement.
• Confident managing both patient care standards and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in nursing, healthcare, or business.
• RN license preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of management experience in healthcare operations or dialysis.
• Demonstrated success in financial management, compliance, and team development.
• BLS/CPR certification (or obtained upon hire).

Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications
