 ERP Administrator Location: One of Fishbecks Offices About the Role
      
 Fishbeck is seeking a detail-oriented ERP Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role ensures that the ERP environment operates smoothly, securely, and efficiently while aligning system functionality with business needs. The ERP Administrator will collaborate with IT, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments to support daily operations, implement improvements, and deliver reliable reporting that drives decision-making.
 Key Responsibilities 
      
 System Administration: Configure and maintain ERP software and databases, monitor performance, manage updates/upgrades, and ensure high availability.User Support & Training: Provide technical support for end-users, manage user accounts and permissions, develop documentation, and deliver training sessions.Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders across departments to align ERP functionality with business needs, analyze business processes, and recommend enhancements.Security & Compliance: Monitor system access, safeguard ERP data, ensure adherence to company policies, and support compliance and audit requirements.Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate ERP reports and dashboards to support both operational and strategic goals.
 Qualifications 
      
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Hands-on experience administering ERP systems (e.g., Vantagepoint, BST, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).Strong technical knowledge of databases, system configuration, and troubleshooting.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, including upgrades, integrations, and implementations.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.Experience creating and maintaining detailed system documentation.
