The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty. One of the key mechanisms in which Microsoft activates the incredible talent of its technical teams for customer success is through Microsoft Unified. Unified enables a proactive approach with customers that results in accelerated value creation and sustained growth for the Microsoft Cloud. It serves as a growth engine for the company by getting hands-on with customers to understand their priorities and help drive adoption and optimization at speed. The Unified Enterprise Product team creates and brings to market commercial offerings that provide expert guidance and problem resolution to ensure customers get value and success from their Microsoft technologies. The Enterprise Product Manager, Unified Support Offerings will contribute, and drive associated Unified Offerings to market. The candidate will own the end-to-end design of customer experiences and offerings spanning all Microsoft Solution Areas. The candidate will drive key partnerships with Finance, Sales, Delivery, Operations, GTM, Deal Desk and Customer Success to build, bring to market, and manage our offerings around the world. ResponsibilitiesDefine Product Strategy: Craft the vision and business goals that drive the strategy for Unified Enterprise offerings, with a strong emphasis on customer success, resilience, security, and AI-driven innovation. Customer & Market Insights: Leverage customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to deeply understand the needs of enterprise, mid-market, and regulated customers. AI-Driven Innovation: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to embed AI capabilities into product design and delivery, enhancing customer outcomes and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with Delivery teams to translate product vision into scalable support models, consistent delivery frameworks, and global capacity planning Operational Execution: Own the operational strategy for new and existing offerings, including customer transitions, renewals, SKU architecture, packaging, pricing, and incentives. Go-to-Market Strategy: Serve as the subject matter expert for GTM planning and execution. Shape product positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies to drive adoption and impact. Business Process: Establish and manage core business processes including taxonomy, business rules, and performance reporting. Ensure adherence to the full product lifecycle with clear go/no-go checkpoints. Other:Embody our culture and values.
