Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team in recruiting participants for our study focused on dietary and exercise interventions, with a particular emphasis on osteoarthritis prevention programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dietary and exercise interventions, knowledge about osteoarthritis and prevention programs, and the ability to work effectively in a mobile work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit participants for the study, ensuring a diverse and representative sample.
Conduct screening visits to assess eligibility and gather necessary information.
Ensure protocol fidelity and maintain high standards in program delivery.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications and database applications proficiently.
Foster strong relationships with individuals from diverse educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Make administrative and procedural decisions, formulating independent judgments in line with research policies and protocols.
Work independently, accept responsibility, delegate tasks, collaborate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and adapting to various settings and conditions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Knowledge in group- based dietary programs, lifestyle diet and nutrition programs, and/or behavioral change programs, with emphasis on healthy weight and physical activity program delivery for older adults with comorbid health conditions.

Proficiency in maintaining protocol fidelity.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with database applications.

Proficiency in research coordination.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with individuals who have diverse educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and formulate independent judgments consistent with research policies, practices, and protocols.

Ability to work independently; accept responsibility; delegate.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Prior human subjects research experience preferred.
