This is a Postdoctoral Research Associate position in cancer biology and immuno-oncology in the Pruitt lab at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Postdoc will be involved in leading a project that examines the effect of Wnt signaling in cancer models and the impact on the tumor immune microenvironment. The candidate will also be involved in characterizing how tumor-intrinsic Wnt signaling and tumor-intrinsic Dishevelled ( DVL) proteins affect immune cell infiltration into tumors. Research will include in vitro assays such as chromatin immunoprecipitation, RT- PCR, IHC, Flow cytometry, IF, and western blotting and in vivo assays involving tumor growth in mouse models.

PhD in related field.

Candidate should have experience in cancer biology, flow cytometry, syngeneic murine tumor models, and bioinformatics. Candidate ideally would have some familiarity with epigenetics and immunology.
