This position is four (4) 10 hour shifts, 8pm to 6am, Mon - Thursday.  Work with Engineering Team to Update SCR'sSet up and Run Thermal ProfilesAssemble and test thermocouplesDemold parts without damage to parts/moldInitial inspection of all parts that run through AutoclaveDeliver parts to the appropriate areasAble to make decisions during AC runs.Front end trouble shooting.Responsible for conducting AM on all clavesProper care of molds (clean & release)Adhere to all CCA (Climate Controlled Area) and EMA (Environmentally Monitored Area) requirementsStrives to exemplify Albany's core values of Safety, Accountability, Fact Based, Persistence, Respect and EthicsSupports operational goals in the areas of Safety, Quality Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). Contribute to process improvement Housekeeping and organization (5S) of the work cellProper care / maintenance of equipment and tools.Responsible for proper and accurate completion of production and traceability documentation for assigned components.Basic SAP transactions.Achieve productivity (daily) requirements.Initiate STOP-CALL-WAIT per company policy.

 Qualifications/Characteristics  
 
        
 Attention to detailAbility to understand and follow training materials and work instructions.Basic knowledge of MSDS and their use.Proper use of safety and personal protective equipment.Good communication skillsBasic computer skillsBasic mechanical aptitudeExhibits strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, fractions, and decimals.Relevant Work Experience: Worked in a manufacturing environment Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
 
 
 Working Conditions  Indoor production environment, adequate lighting and comfortable temperatures. Occasional exposure to moderate noise and machinery with mechanical moving parts. Ability to work 24/7 schedule and be available as business situations required, overtime dependent on business need. Physical requirements  Frequently positions sheets of material onto molds and/or manually sands parts, etc... Frequent repetitive hand movements, use of hand tools - pliers, sanders, scissors, etc...  Frequently remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time Must be able to detect and recognize visual differences between materials or parts, etc... Frequently moves molds and parts >25 lbs between work tables and carts
