In the role of a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the refinement of offerings and user experience on the web-based Photoshop product. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated product marketers committed to empowering content creators with innovative imaging solutions.

We are looking for an experienced marketer with a passion for online content creation, deep expertise driving marketing strategies within a complex cross-functional org, and enthusiasm for growing online products. As a driver of the business, you will work closely with multiple teams to be the voice of the customer and devise, implement, and analyze marketing and business plans to grow our creator user base.

The ideal candidate is creative problem-solver and storyteller who can employ customer insights to develop marketing strategies and identify product opportunities. You'll drive teams in a matrixed org to align diverse goals for an outstanding online image experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Subject matter expertise: Cultivate in-depth knowledge regarding creators of content and the image editing field, specifically honing in on growth drivers and generative AI imaging solutions. Analyze market and competitive trends to identify new ways of reaching our creator target audience

  • Customer value props: Refine target audience definitions, then translate product capabilities into positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with content creators.

  • Product advancement: Advocate for the customer via qualitative and quantitative insights to influence product development. Collaborate with product on in-product experiments to improve the experience for content creators and drive user engagement.

  • Strategic Execution: Partner with product and go-to-market to define and drive comprehensive growth strategies across new and existing user journeys

  • Target setting: Define goals and identify actionable metrics to measure and drive impact for business growth strategies

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build positive relationships with internal teams across go-to-market, brand, operations, and program management to align on outbound marketing initiatives that drive adoption and engagement.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of expertise in marketing or product management, with a solid foundation in online software or mobile apps, particularly generative AI.

  • Able to effectively communicate a data-focused and insights driven value propositions and product vision

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences both written and verbally

  • Analytical and adept at structured thinking and using data to inform decisions.

  • Collaborative colleague, who can navigate dynamic, matrixed environments.

  • Passionate about content creation and creators and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies strongly preferred.

  • Experience with actively creating and publishing content is required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
