We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in a seasonal Business Development role. This position supports key growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities, assisting with client outreach, and supporting sales and marketing efforts during peak business periods. Ideal candidates are proactive, adaptable, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while contributing to strategic business goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Support outreach efforts through email campaigns, calls, and networking events.
  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for prospective clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Participate in seasonal promotions, trade shows, or industry events as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team during peak periods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite: Word PowerPoint Excel and other technologies applicable to job.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely and professionally) with internal customers
  • A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Perform sedentary work- exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time
