Community Health Program Coordinator

The coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning and coordination of the AAPP; this includes supporting program development, operations, and evaluation; working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate successful program delivery; assuring data is collected by staff as required, and that Community Health Impact program goals are met, specifically the AAPP program.

The candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in community program administration and leadership, along with a proven record of partnering with community and government agencies. In addition, the candidate should have experience leading a team either directly or indirectly.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Minimum of two years' experience in program administration, program leadership, or coordination.

• Proven public speaking, group facilitation, and excellent writing skills.

• Experience in youth educational programming preferred.

• People leadership experience is a plus.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Proficiency in computer use, particularly with Microsoft programs.

Access to personal vehicle. Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evening/weekends as needed.

• Proven experience collaborating with a wide range of individuals.
