This executive will ensure that our global teams across Data Cloud, AI Cloud, Platform, Heroku, MuleSoft, Tableau, Apps, and Industries operate as one unified system with common standards and processes. The mission is clear: build the most effective and efficient Agentforce platform to accelerate engineering delivery velocity using AI and agents. This role requires a leader who can balance rigor and agility, execution and innovation, and who can translate vision into measurable outcomes. This role plays a critical role in the evolution of Agentic operating system of Salesforce engineering itself powered by AI and agents so we deliver the most effective and efficient Agentforce platform for our customers. 1. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $240,400 to $384,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $262,900 to $420,600. |
