OVERVIEW At General Mills, Administrative Services plays a strategic role in enabling business success through world-class support, agile operations, and high-impact execution. The Transformation Office (TO) Coordinator will lead the planning and execution of internal and external transformation meetings and logistics, vendor management, and administrative support to the Transformation Office team. This role requires exceptional leadership, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, as well as the ability to represent General Mills professionally across all levels of the organization including Senior Executive Leadership. The role will be trusted with highly confidential and sensitive information that must be treated with the highest standards of management and overall judgement and care. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Meeting Coordination and Calendar Management (40%)
- Coordinate TO team meetings, TO vendor meetings, and cross functional TO strategic meetings to ensure appropriate meeting sequencing (as multiple dependencies frequently exist), and meeting date/time selections fit with the needs and calendars of critical attendees.
- Ensure coordination of TO meetings within the timing of broader General Mills strategic meetings (e.g., SLT, Board of Directors, etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor meeting needs and questions, ensuring vendor meeting requests align with the needs and goals of the Transformation Office.
- Provide on-site support in-person for TO-related meetings with key stakeholders / vendors when appropriate.
Administrative & Operational Support (30%)
- TO Team Meetings: Prepare meeting agendas; take meeting notes, documenting any follow-up items, due dates, and responsible individual; ensure meeting follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
- TO Vendor Support: Onboard and offboard external vendor partners as project needs demand. Includes serving as General Mills primary point of contact for onsite visits, provisioning XIDs, badges, document access (see "Project & Data Support" below), and other needs that arise.
- Monitor the TO inbox, addressing all needs thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Manage Active Directory (AD) groups.
Project & Data Support (20%)
- TO Microsoft Teams sites: Ensure permissions to restricted access channels are maintained as employees and vendors are brought into, and roll off, various work projects.
- Document all permissions on existing trackers.
- Ensure vendor partners and project team members use appropriate Microsoft Teams channels per each initiative (e.g., document and data storage, file sharing via links, etc.).
- Create new Microsoft Teams channels and file structures as transformation initiatives are brought to the TO.
- Create / refine documents and slides as needed.
Other Duties (10%)
- Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of relevant/related experience.
- Associate's Degree
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; leads with a positive attitude and assumes positive intent.
- Ability to work very autonomously/with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other technology systems. Ability to integrate technology, tools, and capabilities into business processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple mediums (e.g., OneNote/Word, email, Teams chats, etc.)
- Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to think proactively, manage multiple priorities, and handle changing work demands with ease.
- Effectively utilize a network of appropriate contacts to resolve problems and facilitate appropriate decisions.
- High level of independent judgement and decision making to analyze and resolve highly confidential or complex work/problems.
- Strong partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence others for effective and efficient results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
- This position is required to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days a week, at times 4-5 days a week.
- International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.

The salary range for this position is $50400.00 - $69400.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
