You'll collaborate with internal and external partners, including artists and creators, to bring innovative ideas to life. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for music-focused marketing campaigns.
- Lead social briefings and activate integrated go-to-market plans across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Share social insights, ideas, and trends with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Provide on-location social media coverage for live events and major campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day social media programming and publishing activities.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with social media agencies and vendors.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/social marketing within the music and cultural space.
- 3+ years of experience managing agencies and vendors.
- Proven experience collaborating with creators, artists, and external partners on social media initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Forward-thinking mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, audiences, and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
