 Provides clinical mental health services to children, families, and adults in an outpatient community mental health clinic, client homes, or community-based locations such as schools. Responsibilities will include intakes, diagnosis, case management, and mental health treatment services to identified clients.
 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday business hours; must work two nights per week until 7pm.
 Responsibilities:
 
 
     
 Provide intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing culturally sensitive treatment to children, families, and adults using Evidence Based Practices Complete required documentation within the identified timeframesDevelop clinical treatment plans which focus on client strengths, culture, needs, and goals within the briefest time frame for successful achievementMaintain encounters/productivity of 60% of reportable/billable servicesParticipate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement to ensure that services provided demonstrate best practice standards and meet all contractual requirementsActively participate in individual and group supervision, clinical staff meetings, and other multi-disciplinary meetingsStaff cases that require specialist consultations and psychiatric consultation as requiredCoordinate client treatment with schools, physicians, and other community resources and referrals to community services whenever necessaryObserve confidentiality in all related program functions with staff and clientsEstablish and maintain working relationships with other community mental health providers, primary care, and other referral sourcesProvide routine services and on-call coverage outside of standard business hours if required by assigned program or teamPerform other duties as assigned

 Physical Requirements:
 
 This position normally requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion, talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 80% of the time. Position also requires ability to drive with adequate vision
 
 Non-Physical Requirements:
 Qualifications for candidates hired at the MHP level: $80,000 - $90,000 per year  
 
     
 Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), Independent Clinical Social Work Associate (LICSWA), or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) in Washington State
 
 Qualifications for candidates hired at the Licensed level: $85,000 - $95,000 per year  
 
     
 Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) license in Washington State
 
 Minimum requirements for all candidates 
 
     
 Master's degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or a related field leading to eligibility for clinical licensureTwo years of experience working with children, families adults in a professional outpatient settingValid Washington driver's license and minimum required liability insurance for WA StateMust be deemed insurable as determined by Catholic Charities liability insurance providerOperate from a strengths-based perspective Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledgePossess good verbal and written communication skills and excellent documentation skillsAbility to provide service in a culturally sensitive mannerAbility to work independently and as a team memberAbility to work in a collaborative manner with referral sourcesAbility to represent the agency in a professional manner within the communityBilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required
 
 Employment is conditional upon: 
 
     
 Being cleared by criminal background check and fingerprinting when requiredCompliance with policy regarding Disclosure of Outside Employment for purposes of evaluating potential conflicts
 
 
 Work Schedule:Monday - Friday business hours; must work 2 nights until 7:00pm
 Wage Range:$80,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials
 
 Sign on Bonus:$4,000 (paid in 2 installments) to $8,000 (paid in 3 installments)
 
 Relocation Assistance:up to $5000 for relocations over 50 miles
