| Loureiro Building Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent for our Building Construction Division based out of our Portsmouth, NH office. This position will provide leadership and oversight for on-site operations across a diverse range of construction projects including design/build, general contracting, and construction management.  Who You AreTake a strategic role in preconstruction, constructability reviews, and risk assessmentsUphold the project schedule and control costs, reporting status to stakeholdersProactively identify and resolve issues on site with minimal executive oversightMaintain compliance with all applicable construction codes, safety standards, and government regulationsLead and coordinate a diverse team of subcontractors, internal team members, and field personnelBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agenciesEnsure all on-site operations are executed safely, on-time, within budget, and to Loureiro's quality standardsAssist in the preparation of work schedules, determining manpower, equipment, and materials neededConduct daily site walkthroughs, safety checks, and ensure occupational health standards are metParticipate in preparatory and initial quality control meetingsProduce daily reports including Safety Reports and other assigned documentationPromote job site safety and encourage adherence to safe work practicesProvide feedback to Project Managers/Executives on work performance, productivity, and any emerging issuesPerform other related duties as assigned

 Physical RequirementsAssociate's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience in a related field7+ years of experience managing on-site construction operationsKnowledge of construction practices, codes, safety regulations, and quality control processesProven ability to lead teams and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and field personnelExperience working independently and solving problems on the groundStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationAbility to quickly learn and adapt to company systems, procedures, and software toolsValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
