Position Title: Plant Floater
Wage: $17.75/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:30pm-11:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Plant Floater for a company in East Troy, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Plant Floater Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate wax presses, finishing machines, and assembly of patterns to runners creating clusters while performing all duties within the parameters set forth in the quality systems - Run a variety of machines involved in the final stages of the casting process - Run wax injection machines to make wax molds for dipping process - Visually inspect wax parts for weaknesses or defects - Attach wax parts to "trees" with hot glue using hand tools - Perform general housekeeping - Other duties assigned by management Plant Floater Requirements: - Repeatedly lift parts ranging in weight from 10 pounds to 50 pounds - Able to stand for extended periods of time - Must have some mechanical aptitude or previous machine operation experience - Must be able to read and understand English directions - Must be able to use basic hand and power tools QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
