Our Renewables Technologists (High Voltage Technicians) are a vital part of our organization, and we take pride in hiring and training the best in the industry.We are looking for motivated, High Voltage Technicians to travel the country maintaining and repairing high and medium voltage equipment. This is a traveling position six weeks on and one week off (no pay). Responsibilities 
 Provides technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis, resolution of problems and repair completion of electrical equipmentPrepares thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches.Strives to continually improve job-related, technical, and professional knowledge, skills and performanceDemonstrates effective oral and written communication skills to effectively coordinate work activitiesMaintains accurate records and filesSupports the company's goals and represents the company positively and professionallyStrives to continually improve job-related, technical and professional knowledge, skills and performance.Develops technical expertise for the identification, resolution of problems and repair completion of electrical generating equipment.  Minimum of 1 year as an Associate or similar experienceComplete required training for EO1Forklift training/CertificationAerial lift training/CertificationNFPA 70E qualifiedBasic Understanding of ThermographyRead and understand Electrical System As Built Drawings.Ability to write and perform SAT/HEC LOTO Technologist II 
 Minimum of 2 years as a Technologist 1 or similar experienceComplete required training for EO2Understanding of Dissolved Gas AnalysisBasic knowledge of Transformer Degasification ProcessingRead and understand Electrical System As Built Drawings.Able to perform Underground Cable Fault Detection and make repairsBasic Understanding of Dissolved Gas AnalysisAir switch Installations and Maintenance knowledge Desired Qualifications 
 Experience working on substation and BOP equipmentExperience working with micro-processor relaysExperience using testing equipment (Multimeter.
