Position Title: General Labor
Wage: $18/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring a General Laborer for a company in Mukwonago, WI. The General Laborer will operate and maintain various equipment and help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities and prepare customer parts for production. This is an associate to hire opportunity. General Labor Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material - Pretreatment of all incoming orders - Prep customer parts for production - Operation of various coating machinery - Cross training in multiple departments - Organize tasks in the most efficient sequence - Pack, protect, count parts for outgoing orders General Labor Requirements: - Previous experience in general labor preferred - Ability to handle physical workload, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, time sensitive environment - Strong organizational skills - Knowledge of UPS Wordship and FedEx shipping programs - Forklift experience/certification helpful - Familiarity with Microsoft products i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
