 Who You AreGreet visitors and answer a multi-line phone system, directing calls and messages appropriatelySupport daily administrative tasks across various departmentsFormat, proofread, and edit letters, reports, and other correspondencePrepare and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and eventsSort and distribute incoming mail to employees and managersMaintain company records and input data into internal systemsTrack office inventory and assist with ordering suppliesOperate standard office equipment and ensure the front office is organized and professionalPerform other duties as assignedEnsure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
