The Sr Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the effective operations and administration, future roadmap, and successful adoption of our organizational enterprise applications. The scope of this job includes managing our current and new configurations, investigating and troubleshooting issues, managing system changes and data integrity, and managing relationships with our users. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative experience as a system and business process subject matter expert for incoming requests and projects by planning and leading larger, more complex, longer-duration projects that impact multiple business units.
- Perform maintenance and customization of designated systems, anticipate system changes, predict system impacts, and manage technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues across multiple departments.
- Develop reports and role-level dashboards to continuously monitor data and process integrity, identify data and process gaps, report operational and system metrics, and work with vendors and business stakeholders to address data quality issues.
- Collaborate with others to develop solution architecture design for projects and system components by creating integration approaches and detailed designs between system components and enterprise solutions.
- Develop the solution and capability strategic roadmap, manage system documentation and system diagrams, and contribute to end-user training documentation and plans.
- Recommend best practices on systems and processes, release management, and ITIL management by leading crucial conversations related to process improvement.
- Own the relationship with business partners, including prioritization management, intake review, and providing status of various efforts.
- Lead the annual business continuity and disaster recovery planning, partner with other organizations to identify strategic changes to security posture and management, and stay updated on new security technologies and strategies.
- LeverageAItools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud, and/or Revenue Cloud hands on experience.
- Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certification
- Healthcare industry experience
- Awareness of Google Cloud, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and/or Agentforce AI technologies
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of data governance, security models, and role-based access control in Salesforce
- Strong understanding of system integration, architecture design, and business process analysis
- Experience reading and writing apex code
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders
- Familiarity with release/change management
- Experience leading Salesforce technology migrations. Example: migrating process builders and/or workflows to flows.
