Description
The RN-After Hours is primarily responsible for gathering clinical information over the phone and directing healthcare services. The RN-After Hours uses Lifespark's Clinical Guidelines as well as internal process and/or procedure to meet the needs of residents and staff within their communities. The RN-After Hours must possess and use good clinical judgement, careful listening, critical thinking, and escalate to appropriate personnel as needed. Position: After Hours RN for Senior Living Wage Range: $36 - $40/hour, depending on experience Service Area: Remote (1-2 days in office at the of employment for General Orientation at our Lifespark Corporate Office, St. Louis Park 55416) Schedule: this is an overnight shift position, 11pm to 7am, 0.7 FTE, every other weekend and every other holiday. Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Lifespark is a complete senior health company headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
