Manufacturing Technician

Location: Framingham, MA

Duration: Contract

Pay: $30-$40/HR (depending on experience)

1st or 2nd Shift




We're hiring Manufacturing Technicians to work on projects that support NASA, government agencies, and commercial space missions!

You will be responsible to:




  • Build and inspect incoming flight hardware



  • Cleaning, tagging, and assembling space hardware at subcomponent and top levels



  • Perform precision assembly, space hardware assembly



  • Running acceptance tests like visual inspections, dimensional checks, electrical testing, and leak detection



  • Work hands-on with advanced equipment (welders, microscopes, CMMs, furnaces, etc.)



  • Heat-treating furnaces



  • Operate and maintain X-ray and electron beam welding machines (Mig/Tig and orbital)



  • Optical microscopes, 3D profilers, and CMM equipment





  • Collaborate with engineering to improve designs




What you will bring:




  • 2+ years in medical device, automotive, electronics, or aerospace assembly



  • Comfortable with tools like torque wrenches, crimpers, multimeters, calipers, etc.



  • Detail-oriented and safety-focused



  • A little background with CAD programs




Pay & Perks:




  • $35-$40/hr (depending on experience)
