Responsible for coordinating and supervising administrative activities related to network management, contracting, and provider relations. Oversee the administrative aspects of the auto network, including managing network contracts, provider credentialing, and enrollment processes. -Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. -Serve as a primary point of contact for network providers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. -Foster positive relationships with network providers and handle escalated issues effectively. -Collaborate with the legal team to negotiate and finalize contracts with network providers, ensuring that agreements are comprehensive and aligned with organizational goals. -Monitor contract performance, terms, and renewals. Education Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in healthcare network administration, provider relations, or contracting within the auto network 3-5 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, credentialing, and contracting processes. - Familiarity with claims processing, reimbursement, and payment systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with providers, staff, and external stakeholders. - Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis using relevant software or tools.
