Compensation $27.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on skills, experience and education.

*This range reflects Carestream's good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.

Position Summary:

The Carestream White City, Oregon Receiving Team Lead facilitates the receival of all incoming materials into themanufacturing facility through advanced SAP transaction skills, overall receival process knowledge and absolute work accuracy abilities. The Receiving Team Lead reports to the Logistics Supervisor. The Receiving Team Lead has the ability and knowledge to perform/understand all receiving and warehouse related responsibilities/tasks listed for a Logistics Material Handler, Receiving Coordinator and Inventory Analyst duties.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Direct the daily work activities of the receiving department.
  • Direct the production resupply process.
  • Manage daily flow of materials between White City, OR and offsite storage.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform SAP testing as required for new product/receival processes.
  • File freight claims for inbound damage.
  • Co-Chair warehouse safety committee.
  • Create requisitions for warehouse vendor purchase orders as needed.
  • Track and reconcile monthly spend of 3PL
  • Participate in receiving/production support process defect tracking to include investigation and review.
  • Maintain accurate standard work documentation
  • Provide back up support to department supervisor to include incident investigation and staffing absence adjustments

Required Skills & Education:

  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and practice of QAT Tools (Lean & Six Sigma).
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to do accurate work.
  • Capable of multi-tasking with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills to include data entry experience, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Advanced SAP experience to include Purchase Order receivals, transaction reversals, return to vendor, consignment, and historical data extraction.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with CHO production and planning departments.
  • Ability to effectively manage workloads and priorities.
  • Absolute focus on Customer Service.
  • Previous forklift experience in a fast paced, warehouse environment.
  • Possess CHO Power Industrial Truck Operators License.
  • High School graduate/GED
