 Position Overview:
 The PACE Health Care Manager will work with the team to plan, manage, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the specified timeframe. Responsibilities include a combination of technical, policy, research, writing, and client-facing activities.
 Essential Functions: 
   Ability to define, and manage project scopes, work plans, schedule managements, procedures, and staffing/resources across multiple projectsAbility to problem solve to address project needs, milestones, and schedulesAbility to work with project team to complete project deliverablesAssist in developing project proposals outlining deliverables, client solutions to requirements, and a project team's roles and responsibilitiesReport and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner Requirements: 
   Bachelor's degree in health policy, economics, business administration, or a related field required5 years of relevant experience required, 3 years of PACE experience strongly preferredMinimum of 3 years supervisory experience requiredExperience in a PACE center or a State Administering Agency or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services programs (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, etc.) strongly preferredStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and assertiveMust be able to travel on occasion based on business and client needs
 The Team:Myers and Stauffer takes pride in the welcoming and collaborative culture we have throughout our offices. For this position, the employee will report to a Managing Director or Senior Manager on the Rate Setting and Federal Compliance Team.
 Work Style:Our general business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but can vary based on business needs. Dependent on performance, our in-office associates are eligible for a hybrid work schedule after their initial 90-day training period.  In compliance with states that have an active pay transparency law, the annual salary target for this job in this market is $100,000-$115,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on education, experience and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
