About the Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Enterprise Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and governing the enterprise-level architecture that enables efficient, scalable, and resilient supply chain operations. Partnering closely with business leaders, solution architects, and technology teams, you will ensure alignment between business objectives, supply chain strategy, and technology roadmaps. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving scalable, future-ready solutions across our global supply-chain network. This position will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with supply chain leadership to identify opportunities, ensure technology strategy supports business goals and objectives, and enable informed decision-making for technology investments
- Translate strategic objectives into architecture roadmaps, reference models, and capability assessments
- Develop and maintain the long-term architecture blueprint for end-to-end supply chain systems inclusive of SAP S/4HANA, and alignment with business priorities and transformation goals
- Govern solution design across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Integrated Business Planning, Warehouse Management, and Planning
- Provide strategic guidance on ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, and WMS data and integration architectures to ensure seamless interoperability
- Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet performance, quality, regulatory, and security expectations
- Define standards, guidelines, patterns, and best practices for supply chain systems architecture
- Communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering shared understanding and vision
- Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, and methodologies to proactively adjust architectural strategies, maintain business agility, and drive competitive edge
- Mentor solution architects, analysts, and developers on architecture principles and supply-chain best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture or strategic technology planning
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain domain, including supply-chain planning, production execution, logistics, and warehousing
- Strong skills in governance, risk management, and strategic decision frameworks in complex, global organizations
- Exceptional stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in identifying emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing and supply chain transformation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop enterprise-level roadmaps balancing compliance, efficiency, scalability, and business growth
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
- SAP certification
- TOGAF or comparable enterprise architecture certification
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems
