KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist Director, FaaS Solution Lead to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable Finance-as-a-Service (FaaS) solutions across client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture, integration points, and operational workflows for managed services delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the FaaS platform, leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance
  • Oversee governance, compliance, and risk management protocols within the managed services framework, ensuring adherence to firm and regulatory standards
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence within the Solution & Technology team
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience delivering managed services solutions, preferably within finance transformation or technology-enabled environments
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Proven expertise in solution architecture, service delivery, and client engagement within a managed services model
  • Strong understanding of finance operations, ERP systems (for example: SAP, Oracle), and cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as required
