Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Intern is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a real-world cybersecurity environment. You'll work closely with our security team to support daily operations, threat analysis, and risk assessments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:



  • None


Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Assist with monitoring and analyzing network traffic for potential threats.
  • Help conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analyses.
  • Support in the investigation of security incidents and data breaches.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and reports.
  • Assist in researching emerging threats and attack vectors.
  • Help ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and policies.


Skills and Competencies:



  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Education, Experience, and Licenses/Certifications:



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods working on a computer (4 to 8 hours)
  • Ability to operate the equipment used for the job
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds at times
