Under the direction of the Vice President of Transformation, The CIW Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Porch Center for Innovation and Wellbeing (CIW), including staff management, grant management, vendor evaluation, CIW report creation, marketing and promotion, and management of pilot projects.

The Operations Manager will also provide support to the Vice President and serve as the acting lead in their absence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The job responsibilities outlined are fundamental to the CIW Operations Manager role. However, the scope of duties may expand, and additional responsibilities may be deemed essential for the position.

* Manage and monitor team operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, guidance, scheduling, timekeeping, performance management, and corrective actions when necessary.

* Oversee a portfolio of high-visibility and complex projects in coordination with the FPCIW team, ensuring alignment with organizational standards for culture, leadership, performance and growth, while setting and achieving defined program and project goals.

* Lead and manage grants and similar funding opportunities, including grant prospect research, funder communications, grant accounting, and reporting.

* Lead primary level external business relationships, and coordinate with CIW and Front Porch teams on evaluating and vetting new solutions and vendors.

* Manage the development, production, and dissemination of all CIW reports and white papers, including drafting, editing, and preparing materials for final review by the VP of Transformation.

* Coordinate and support content production for the FPCIW website and social media channels, ensuring content is updated timely, accurately and in alignment with organizational priorities.

* Organize training and learning opportunities for a wide range of Front Porch residents, employees, and community stakeholders; support curriculum development needs, and act as a community "super user" to promote sustained adoption of CIW initiatives.

* Perform Other duties as assigned.

* Demonstrated skills with web development, script writing, database management, SQL reporting services,

report writing, flow charting, and technical documentation.
