Partnerships Development Lead

The Opportunity:

The Partnerships Team's mission at Booz Allen Hamilton is to work within the broader organization to create new tech-driven Partnerships to shape the future of the company. Bring your industry and federal expertise to help identify, evaluate, and establish new Partnerships for Booz Allen to create a model for assessing and aligning key partner technologies to the broadening Booz Allen portfolio of offerings based on client demand.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborates across Tech Ecosystem business teams to identify, prioritize, evaluate, and establish financiallyviable deals with partners that scale new revenue.
  • Builds a portfolio strategy focused on closing tech gaps and driving new revenue
  • Leads the development of deals in coordination with the business
  • Builds and designs commitments, goals, strategy, and investment concepts to make them successful
  • Coordinate with Tech Sourcing or Intel to pull in new partner candidates, as well as Partner Success to ensurea seamless handoff of new Partners to the Success team
  • Empower business team Partner leads to provide the insights to progress through the partnerships lifecycle
  • Conducts conflict of interest analysis and maintains clear vision for position of partners in ecosystem
  • Outlines a GTM plan and Op model to scale new Partnerships
  • Leads portfolio reviews for all completed deals to review and assess performance
  • Drives thought leadership in deal structure and go-to-market planning

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in an analytical and strategic role
  • 4+ years of experience working in technology or federal market consulting organizations
  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience with federal business development and delivery, including the federal procurement or contracting landscape, proposal writing, relationships with market-aligned organizations, or general federal agency technology
  • Experience in applying an advisory approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment
  • Ability to deliver compelling and effective senior level presentations and demonstrations in all environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Economics, Data Sciences, Decision Sciences, or Finance field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with technology and market strategy
  • Experience working on supporting the partnerships team of a large technology or consulting organization
  • Experience in dealing with the whole spectrum of the technology ecosystem
  • Experience in external research and evaluation for the purposes of partnership, investment, acquisition, or otherwise in support of corporate development
  • Ability to display passion to bring clarity to ambiguity and the desire to go the extra mile
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and proactively follow-up
  • Master's degree in a Business Administration, Economics, Data Sciences, or Political Sciencefield

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
